East Hampton's Agricultural Commission votes to rewrite its ordinance and revisit a $150 farm stand fee. New member Chris Caldwell, who sold a certified-organic farm on Martha's Vineyard, was introduced before the panel voted unanimously to make youth membership optional rather than mandatory.
